      Passage Charter School (PCS) was started in 1998 as an alternative school of choice through the Montrose RE1J School District. PCS allows pregnant and parenting teen, both male and female, to work towards their high school diploma. PCS creates a supportive environment by providing: an on-site daycare center, parenting classes, vocational training, small class sizes, college/post-secondary preparation, flexible scheduling, and an individualized curriculum. The unique program at PCS allows motivated teen parents to excel in their education and to build a strong future for themselves and for their families.

Passage Charter School is in the business of breaking the cycle of teen pregnancy and of educating two generations at once.
